Philip was born in LaGrange and is a member of the 1986 graduating class of LaGrange High School. He attended Jacksonville State University where he began with studies in Music Education, and graduated from the State University of West Georgia in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education. Philip taught in the public schools from 1996-2006 while bi-vocationally serving as an assistant in the Rosemont music ministry for nine years. Philip left his teaching career to join Rosemont's staff in June of 2006 as full-time Preschool and Children's Minister. Stacey was born into the fellowship at Rosemont since her parents, Max & Marion McCord, were the founding pastor family of the church. She became a bi-vocational staff member at Rosemont in 1991 following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Choral Music Education from Auburn University. Stacey taught choral music education in public school systems for 11 years before taking the position of Conductor & Artistic Director of the Young Singers of West Georgia in 2003. John is a native of LaGrange but has spent time living in Illinois, Maryland, Florida, Georgia & Tennessee throughout his life. John grew up in the ministry of Rosemont where he felt the Lord calling him into ministry. He has served in student ministry for over a decade in LaGrange and Nashville, TN. He and his wife Kristen have been married for eight years and have two children. You can find him hanging out with his family, taking care of his animals (Dogs, Goats, Chickens), and watching UCF Football where he played during college. Joe was born in San Salvador, El Salvador but was raised primarily in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a graduate of LaGrange College with degrees in both Business Management and Spanish. He also holds a masters from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. While at LaGrange, he was a 4-year letterman for the football team during the 2006-2009 seasons. He became a member at Rosemont in 2012 and was working in the supply chain industry for 5 years until he and his family felt the call to serve in Guatemala for 2 years. Jeff was born in Kansas City, Missouri but was primarily raised in LaGrange and within the fellowship of Rosemont. He holds degrees in Television Production Technology and Design and Media Production from Chattahoochee Technical College in Atlanta. While in Atlanta, he spent several years working in the Broadcast Television industry, doing everything from shooting High School Football to working the late and evening newscasts.  While being an active part of the Worship & Media ministries at Rosemont for over 20 years, Jeff served during the Covid-19 pandemic to establish a more comprehensive and expansive media ministry at Rosemont and joined the staff full-time in 2021. Max is the founding pastor of Rosemont Baptist Church. He is a native of LaGrange and graduated from LaGrange College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He served as a bi-vocational minister for 32 years. After retiring from the textile industry in 1993, he assumed the role of full-time Senior Pastor at Rosemont. Max retired as Senior Pastor after 50 years in the ministry, 43 of which were at Rosemont, in March 2011. Max has been married to his wife, Marion since 1957. Hugo was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. He attended Technological University of Mexico where he studied accounting and then worked for more than 10 years in Mexican Bank Institutions. His ministerial education was obtained at the Latino Theological Institute of México. He then traveled throughout Latin America, the U.S., and Canada with evangelical ministries, sharing his faith and testimony and then was officially ordained into the ministry in 1998. Along with Rosemont's vision and support, Hugo became the founder and pastor of our local Hispanic Mission (Primera Iglesia Hispana de La Grange), the first Spanish-speaking church in Troup County in 1998. He married his wife, Sandy Pulido, in 1993. They have two sons and a daughter.

Vicky McEacharn, a native of Monroe, Louisiana, has lived in LaGrange since 1998. She first became a member of Rosemont in 2002 and has worked as the Children’s Coordinator since 2006. Vicky graduated with a BBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Pam was born in North Carolina and lived in many states with her military family throughout her childhood. After settling in Georgia, she graduated from Cherokee High School. Pam relocated to LaGrange after meeting her husband, Mike, and attended LaGrange College where she received her Bachelor's in Middle Grades Education. She later obtained a Master's Degree in Media and Technology as well as a Education Specialist's Degree from the State University of West Georgia. Pam became a member of Rosemont in 1999 where she dedicated her time teaching and volunteering in the Student Ministry. She became Student Ministry Assistant in 2006. Pam and Mike have three sons.
